  • Custom Orders: We offer personalized products, including but not limited to party bags, food boxes, and banners. Customization options will be provided on a case-by-case basis.

  • Product Availability: While we aim to keep our website’s inventory accurate, all products are subject to availability. If an item is out of stock or unavailable, we will notify you and offer a suitable alternative or a full refund.

  • Product Descriptions: We make every effort to accurately describe our products and services. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, images, or other content on our site are 100% accurate, complete, or error-free.

4. Pricing and Payment

  • Prices for products are listed on our website and are subject to change without notice. The final price will be confirmed at checkout.

  • Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. We accept various forms of payment, including credit/debit cards and other online payment methods.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • Shipping Costs: Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the size/weight of your order.

  • Delivery Time: We will make every effort to process and ship orders promptly. Delivery times vary based on your location and the type of shipping selected. Estimated delivery times will be provided during checkout.

  • Order Tracking: Once your order has shipped, we will provide tracking information so you can follow its progress.

6. Returns and Refunds

  • Custom Orders: As most of our products are personalized or custom-made, we are unable to accept returns unless the product is damaged or there was an error in the customization process.

  • Non-Custom Items: Non-customised items can be returned within 3 days of receipt, provided the items are in their original, unused condition. Please contact us at ReadyToPartyUK@gmail.com for instructions on returns.

  • Refund Process: If your return is accepted, we will issue a refund to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

7. Cancellation Policy

  • If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of purchase. After this time, cancellations may not be possible, especially for custom orders.

  • Once production begins on custom products, cancellations will not be accepted.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of Ready To Party and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, copy, or distribute our content without express permission.
